Dokumentet e Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara e p\u00ebrshkruajn\u00eb si an\u00ebtar themelues t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb dhe an\u00ebtar t\u00eb Shtabit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm gjat\u00eb viteve 1998\u20131999. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kadri Veseli \u2013 30 vje\u00e7 n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, 32 vje\u00e7 n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim.<\/strong><br>Veseli ka lindur m\u00eb 31 maj 1967. Sipas dokumenteve t\u00eb publikuara nga Dhomat e Specializuara, ai ishte pjes\u00eb e strukturave drejtuese t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb gjat\u00eb viteve 1998 dhe 1999. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rexhep Selimi \u2013 27 vje\u00e7 n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, 28 vje\u00e7 n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim.<\/strong><br>Selimi ka lindur m\u00eb 15 mars 1971 dhe ishte nj\u00eb prej figurave t\u00eb larta t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.
